We use a CNC machine from Homag, which provides exceptional precision in cutting, milling and drilling of furniture components. Thanks to this technology, we guarantee repeatability, high quality of execution and efficient execution of serial and unit orders. We perform machining in 5 axes using diamond tools.
Automated warehouse
We use an automated warehouse that streamlines the process of storing and feeding furniture boards for cutting. The system optimizes internal logistics, increases production efficiency and eliminates the risk of material damage.
Automatic Panel Saw
Our automatic panel saw allows you to quickly and precisely cut furniture panels to size. With an automated feeding system combined with an automatic warehouse. We optimize cutting, minimize waste and increase the efficiency of the production process.
Automatic painting machine
We use an automatic coating system that ensures an even, durable and aesthetic surface finish. This technology guarantees high quality coatings, repeatability of the effect and increased efficiency with larger production runs.
Automatic Edgebander
We have a modern edge banding machine equipped with a return feeder, which enables fast, automated and precise veneering of the edges of furniture panels. The edging, depending on the design, is glued with adhesives EVA, Adhesives PURE (moisture protection) as well as edging laser (without welds).
